How do I clean my pipe?
All Canada Puffin accessories are custom designed with effortless cleaning in mind. Prior to cleaning, remove all wooden components and keep in a dry environment. To thoroughly clean the glass pipe, fill a resealable bag with isopropyl alcohol and a tablespoon of table salt. Place the glass components inside and shake the solution to clear any buildup. Plug any pipe openings to ensure a thorough cleaning. Use a pipe cleaner or cotton swab to remove any leftover residue. Once complete rinse the pipe with warm water to remove the solution.
Can I return my order?
All unused product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to request a refund.
All custom orders are final sale. Please send high quality images for best results. We will use the file that is sent, but are not responsible if this results in a poor quality decoration.
What do I do if my order is damaged or defective?
Canada Puffin prides itself on its product quality and rigourous quality control methods. On the rare occasion that your product is damaged in transit, missing or otherwise incorrect, contact us at email@example.com. Please report any damages or incorrect orders to us within 14 days of your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Canada Puffin is committed to providing a quality shopping experience. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please allow 1-7 business days for delivery, depending on your area and shipping method selected at checkout.
Will my order qualify for free shipping?
All Canadian and US orders above $50 will qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $9.99.
Countries outside of Canada and the US will be charged the calculated cost by the courier.
For orders outside of Canada, applicable duties may be charged on delivery.
